Groovy Women's T-Shirt

I ordered several shirts for my husband and one for me. I got him all the same size, but each shirt seems to fit differently. Some are clearly a little too small and some are perfectly fine. The same goes for the shirt I got. From experience, I know the womens' sizes run small, so I got a size up from the previous shirt I bought, but this one is just as tight. It's already hard enough to buy womens' clothing as it is. Can we just make sure that we have consistent sizing within a brand? I love these shirts, but it seems like the quality and consistency has somehow gotten worse in the past couple of years.
