Here For Shenanigans Men's T-Shirt

I ordered my shirts a full two weeks prior to when I wanted it. I received it after the date I intended to get it by. The excuse given to me by customer support was that they ship shirts out each Friday in bulk. However, if that were the case, it would have been shipped the Friday before, because I ordered it early on a Wednesday morning. Instead of admitting a mistake and simply say "we missed it" or "we dropped the ball" the blame was shifted to me saying it was shipped in a timely manner as it was supposed to be shipped. However, it reached me in two days. I was very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of owning up to a mistake.
